Van der Auwera is one of the largest nurseries in Belgium, selling plants and trees to both private individuals and professionals. With a plant center spanning 8,500 m² and several distributors, it can sometimes be difficult to see the forest for the trees when it comes to the number of orders, invoices, and so on. Thanks to Odoo, both internal employees and external distributors now have a clear and structured overview, from quotation to invoice.
About Van der Auwera
More than 500 different tree species spread across an impressive 40 hectares. Grown and maintained by a true family business spanning five generations: Van der Auwera. Because they primarily cultivate their own trees, they can respond quickly and efficiently to their customers’ needs and wishes.
Van der Auwera Plant Centre is one of Belgium’s top 5 tree nurseries with the widest selection. Besides trees, Van der Auwera also offers shrubs and hedge plants with root balls.
What we did
Van der Auwera sells to both private individuals and professionals. For the garden center itself, we implemented the following measures to significantly reduce manual work for employees in the future. Automating operations also gives Van der Auwera more time to focus on customer relations and revenue.
