Pradėjome su „Honestus“ nuo to, kad nebežinojome, kaip suvaldyti gamybą ir užsakymus tose amžinose „Excel“ lentelėse, ypač kai prekiaujame po visą pasaulį. Komanda pirmiausia padarė labai rimtą auditą – tiesiog „išnarstė“ mūsų procesus ir parodė, kur stringame. Dabar viskas – nuo žvakių gamybos ir sandėlio iki integracijų su JAV agentais bei didmeninės prekybos platforma „Faire“ – sukasi vienoje Odoo sistemoje. Labiausiai vertiname tai, kad jie ne tik įdiegė Odoo, bet sukūrė specifinius sprendimus mums (pavyzdžiui, POS parodoms, kuris veikia be interneto). Rankinio darbo beveik neliko, o klaidų rizika dingo. Jaučiamės pagaliau užauginę tvirtus „raumenis“ tolimesnei plėtrai. Tikrai rekomenduoju, jei ieškote ne tiesiog programuotojų, o partnerių, kurie supranta verslą.
