Get more visibility on the shelf – Cosapack makes it happen under the wings of Crea Print Group.
The company is a leader in printing flexible packaging. Unique in terms of printing expertise, creativity and marketing know-how to bring brands to life. It is logical that they also focus on the best sales and marketing tools, and ditto suppliers, for their internal operation. For example, Cosapack chose Digimedio to strengthen their sales and business processes.
About Cosapack
Parent company Crea nv has been specialized in printing plastics for more than 30 years. And how?! Innovation is an asset, and this has done the family business no harm despite the challenges in the sector. Time and again, company management started looking for niches to make a difference, and Cosapack grew from an idea to a successful business. Think about shrink sleeves in other words, full body decoration in shrink film wrap-around labels which take the form of bottles and in mold labels where packaging and label merge nicely. All this did not go unnoticed by large companies such as Danone, Martini, Ahold and AbInbev; the handsome customer portfolio says a lot.
The search – All-in-one sales package
Until some time ago, Cosapack used the combination MultiPress (ERP) and Hubspot (CRM). MultiPress was allowed to stay, but Hubspot’s boundaries had been reached. Then Odoo came in the picture.
MultiPress is the MIS/ERP software for printing and manufacturing companies. For Cosapack, real added value for sector-specific calculation and order processing. Hubspot was established as a CRM and sales tool, but the sales team experienced restrictions such as email marketing. They looked forward to another tool, and Digimedio suggested Odoo. Good for an all-in-one result: all sales data and modules in 1 system.
What we did – Odoo modules
What we are particularly proud of – and from which the customer reaps plenty of benefits: we are the only software company that has (already) linked MulitPress and Odoo. This worked fine, because we had already done research for customers in the past. We knew how the MultiPress database works and were able to quickly switch when connecting for Cosapack. Contacts, customers, pipeline, quotes and orders are synchronized. This makes it useful for uniform sales follow-up in Odoo. The project included the implementation of
