From Technological Audit to a Global Solution. “Flatyz” is a producer of unique, patented flat candles exported to over 18 countries worldwide. The project began with an in-depth technological audit that identified critical bottlenecks: reliance on Excel for production and order management, and fragmented communication. The “Honestus” team designed and delivered a complete Odoo ecosystem, replacing manual tasks with automated, data-driven workflows.
Our Role: Comprehensive Business Automation. We went beyond standard module implementation, engineering custom technical solutions tailored for Flatyz’s growth in the US and European markets:
· Client & Agent Portal: Developed a dedicated platform where US-based clients and agents can log in, place orders, and track information in real-time, ensuring total transparency and faster processing.
· Manufacturing & Warehouse Management: Implemented “Odoo Manufacturing” and “Inventory” modules to enable real-time tracking of production stages, resource planning, and barcode-based stock management.
· Financial Integrations: Streamlined financial operations by integrating Odoo with “Stripe” for payments and “QuickBooks” for accounting.
· POS for Trade Shows: A specialized “Point of Sale” system was deployed for exhibitions, allowing for direct sales from pallets. The solution features a robust offline mode to ensure stability even with unreliable internet connections.
Outcomes and Client Value:
· Global Reach: Automated integrations with “Amazon”, “FedEx”, and “DHL” empowered the company to manage international logistics and sales with ease.
· Operational Clarity: Moving from Excel to a unified system eliminated data duplication risks and provided management with accurate insights for strategic decision-making.
· Future Scalability: The new infrastructure is built to support a 5-6x increase in production capacity.
