ERP Analyst / Consultant
UAB Honestus is an ambitious Belgian – Lithuanian joint venture providing Odoo development services in Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, US, Lithuania and in other countries. We are on a mission to upgrade the daily life of our customer’s organizations by optimizing the business process management. We want our clients to reach its full potential using Odoo system because not having proper tools is very exhausting.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Work closely with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.Design, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet specific business requirements.Provide expert guidance to developers during development and testing phases.Assist in documenting project requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals.Lead projects with confidence and mentor your fellow team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices.

What We Expect
– Y3+ years of experience as an ERP Analyst/Consultant (experience with Odoo will be considered a significant advantage).– Ability to take full responsibility for implementation and migration projects.– Strong ability to translate technical features into business benefits for stakeholders.– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.– Experience in IT project management.– Strong communication and client-facing skills.– Fluent in English and Lithuanian is a must.– Positive mindset able to stay calm and focused under pressure.
